Johnsonville Brats Contest

Milwaukee Harley Davidson will host a qualifier on June 17, 2005, for the Johnsonville World Brat-Eating Contest.

Milwaukee, originally settled by French-Canadian fur trapper Solomon Juneau in 1813, is now the 22nd largest city in the United States. The city has nearly 600,000 residents and the entire metropolitan area is home to nearly 1.5 million. The city is located on the western shore of Lake Michigan and offers a mix of urban, suburban and ethnic neighborhoods.

For those considering a visit, the city is affordable and easily accessible. Destinations include: the Milwaukee Public Museum, the Humphrey IMAX Dome Theater, Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin, the Milwaukee County Zoo, Paradise Landing (indoor water park), the Betty Brinn Children's Museum, the International Clown Hall of Fame, the Pettit National Ice Center, the Schlitz Audubon Center and Miller Park.

The recently completed renovation and expansion of the Milwaukee Art Museum, designed by Santiago Calatrava, stands among Milwaukee's remarkable cultural offerings.
