Best Chefs of New Orleans Gear Up For Rouses

On Saturday, April 10th the most celebrated and genuine chefs of New Orleans will compete in the MLE-sanctioned Rouses Crawfish Eating World Championship. Shaded by the deep red walls of the Old U.S. Mint, the chefs will show revelers in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans exactly one thing: how to eat boiled crawfish fast.
